I'm Professor of Nursing Management and Nursing Research, Centre of Health Services and Nursing Research, Catholic University Leuven, Belgium.

Background

I'm Programme Director of the Master in Nursing/Midwifery and the Master in Health Care Management & Policy. I'm coordinator of the EU-FP7 RN4CAST-project, Nurse Forecasting in Europe 2009-2011. I'm involved in international research on care pathways, nursing minimum datasets and health workforce. I'm involved in several national and international organizations. I have written over 80 peer reviewed papers, articles, books and book chapters.
